About the Journal

The International Journal of Drug Discovery and Pharmaceutical Innovation is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the rapid dissemination of high-quality, original research in drug discovery, pharmaceutical sciences, and allied biomedical disciplines. The journal provides a global platform for researchers, academicians, clinicians, and industry professionals to publish innovative findings that advance the understanding, development, and application of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic technologies.

The journal welcomes multidisciplinary research spanning medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, pharmaceutics, nanomedicine, drug delivery systems, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, biotechnology, clinical pharmacy, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutical microbiology, regulatory science, computational drug discovery, artificial intelligence in pharmaceutical research, biomaterials, and translational pharmaceutical sciences.

Particular emphasis is placed on studies that improve the understanding of the interaction between therapeutic agents (whether synthetic, biological, or naturally derived) and biological systems. Research involving drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion (ADME), pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, toxicology, drug targeting, formulation development, advanced drug delivery technologies, and therapeutic evaluation using in vitro, in vivo, and clinically relevant models is especially encouraged.
