Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose, at the time of submission, all financial and personal relationships that could inappropriately influence their work. Reviewers and editors are required to declare potential conflicts and recuse themselves from the handling of a manuscript where a conflict exists. Declared conflicts of interest are published with the article.
